Issue:
Privacy

In today's world, privacy has become more important than ever before.

Your other windows have window treatments.

Why not your exterior doors as well?

Sun

A/C  ...and Heating

Many exterior doors have a small window that doesn't provide a good barrier of thermal protection.

During summer, the heat transferred through the glass from the direct rays of the sun can be considerable, and may cause your air conditioner to work more than necessary.

In the coldest days of winter, you want to trap as much heat indoors as possible, without transferring and losing any of it through a cold glass window to the outside world.

Problem: Glare

If you have an exterior STEEL door with a small window like this, you may want to control bright glare from direct sunlight, or even artificial outdoor lights at night.

Bright, direct sunlight can fade wall hangings of photos and art, or your upholstery. It can interfere with viewing TV and computer screens.

Bright glare at night from street lights, or commercial lighting, can make it hazardous to navigate through a dark room without tripping and falling.
